The Structure
A three-person participant team follows one matter through its lifecycle. Specific participation, entity, compensation and ownership terms are governed by separate agreements and applicable professional-responsibility rules.

Law students, recent graduates and early-career attorneys with a genuine interest in IP, litigation, technology, entrepreneurship or complex commercial matters.
